This page explains how you can order prescription-grade nutraceutical supplements from us. Since the prescribed items and their dosing guidelines are under a licensed clinician's supervision, you may use HSA or FSA funds if you have accounts already set up.

1. PRE-PAY, SHIP. look up specific items you've been using, place them in a shopping cart and securely pay for the order, and request to have them shipped to you. (order by 2 pm, and ship the same day).
2. PRE-PAY, PICKUP. place items in shopping cart and pay, and request the paid order be held at the office for pick-up. THIS IS A FASTER TURNAROUND TIME to guarantee expedited in-person pick up (same day, within 2 hours of your paying for the order). Since the order is already paid for, your order will be held at the office until you pick up or choose to turn it into shipping later.
3. Use Pay on Arrival (on-hold) form to request items set aside for you to pick up from office. You pay at the time of picking up. Please note that we might take several hours to process your request, and will text you when it is ready. ITEMS will be held for you for two days. If not picked up, they will be re-shelved and you will have to request another time.
