How Pre-Pay Order Works (Ship or Local Pickup)

Pre-Pay is the preferred way to order products.  These orders are processed by our office throughout the day.  

1.  PRE-PAY, SHIP.  look up specific items you've been using, place them in a shopping cart and securely pay for the order. If you order by 2 pm, your paid products will be shipped the same day.
2.  PRE-PAY, LOCAL PICKUP.  This is the fastest turnaround time to guarantee expedited in-person pickup, usually same day, within 2 hours of your paying for the order.  Place items in shopping cart and pay, and request the paid order be held at the office for pick-up.  

FIRST TIME?  CREATE AN ACCOUNT  To place an order through this website, please register and set up a user account first.  Use the same email address that you used when ordering in-person at the office.  (If you received an email from our office, use that email address because it is linked to you in our system).  Having the same email address for online orders and the in-store orders is helpful to our office staff in assisting you with supplement related inquiries.  You may not be able to see prior orders you placed, but going forward, your online order history will be saved whenever you log in every time you order from this website.

NOTE:  upon registering a new account, you will receive an email to verify your email address.  PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM or PROMOTION folders, as the verification email might end up in those folders inside your email.  Once you are verified, you can proceed to order the products.

HOW TO SELECT THE PRODUCTS TO ORDER:  You may search the product name(s) either by using the search symbol on the upper-left corner of this page, or the "Search Products by Name" box on the bottom of this page.  Like this:

 

 

NEW FEATURE: GET SPECIFIC INFORMATION ON PRODUCTS   When you look up a product, its specific page will contain a website URL linking you to the manufacturer's information.  Copy and paste that URL into a new browser window to view.   

 PICK UP, OR SHIP?   After you place the desired products in your Cart, when you are ready to checkout, you will be prompted to select whether you wish to pick up or ship the products.   We will pay for shipping for orders larger than $100.  There is a $4 surcharge for shipping if your total is less than $100.  This is a cost to our office, since US Priority Mail charges at least $10.80 or more.

If your order is placed by 1 pm, Monday through Thursday, we will aim to process and ship it out by the end of that same day.  For some, they prefer picking up the items.  If that's you, just choose the "pick up" option for your shipping preference, and we will have it ready for you.  For pick up, please wait for our text to you before you come.

With this new online order service, we have eliminated 2 steps in processing your order.  It will be easier for you to order, and for our office to turn around and process the order once the order is paid.
